The Jinko Tiger Neo JKM515N-54HL4M-BDV (515 W) is an n-type bifacial dual-glass solar module with black frame, delivering 515 W rated power with module efficiency of 23.2%. Electrical data (STC): Vmp 34.62 V, Imp 14.88 A, Voc 40.89 V, Isc 15.78 A. The module is built with 108 cells (54×2 layout), features MC4/MC4-EVO2 compatible connectors and an IP68 junction box. Temperature coefficient: −0.29%/°C, operating range −40…+70 °C, nominal operating temperature 45±2 °C. Mechanical load: 5400 Pa (snow) / 2400 Pa (wind). Dimensions: 1961×1134×30 mm, weight 27 kg. Warranty: 15 years product, 30 years performance (≥87.4% after 30 years). Ideally suited for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects, where high power and reliability are required.
