Product description
The Tigo TS4-A-O is a module-level PV optimizer (Flex MLPE) that adds smart-module functionality — optimization, monitoring, and rapid shutdown — to standard PV modules, for higher yield and greater design flexibility on both new installs and underperforming systems. It's an add-on that snaps to the module frame (or removes its brackets for rack mounting) and supports modules up to 700W, with a voltage range of 16–80V, 15A max current, and a 30A recommended fuse rating. Module-level optimization recovers losses from shading and mismatch, monitoring tracks per-module production, and manual or automatic shutdown supports installer and first-responder safety. Communication is wireless (TAP required for module-level shutdown, CCA for monitoring), and commissioning is done via an Android or iOS mobile device. Rated IP68 for outdoor use across a −40 to +70 °C operating range, with MC4 (1000V) or EVO2 (1500V) connector options.
