The Tigo TS4-X-O is a module-level PV optimizer (MLPE) delivering optimization, monitoring, and rapid shutdown for modules up to 800W and 25A short-circuit current, built for the latest high-power, high-current panels on both new installs and retrofits. It snaps to a standard module frame or mounts to racking, works with a 12–80V input range, 20A max output current, and a 30A recommended fuse rating, and reaches 99.6% max efficiency. Module-level optimization recovers losses from shading and mismatch, monitoring gives full visibility into module- and system-level production, and integrated rapid shutdown is a UL-certified PVRSS component (UL 1741 PVRSE) with a <30-second shutdown time. It works with thousands of inverter models across 50+ brands, communicates wirelessly and/or via PLC (TAP + CCA required for rapid shutdown and monitoring), and is rated IP68 for outdoor use across a −40 to +85 °C range. Available with MC4 or EVO2 connectors and 1000V/1500V system-voltage options, backed by a 25-year warranty.
