Product description

The JA Solar JA Planet JAP-ES-125kW-261kWh is an all-in-one C&I energy storage system (BESS) with integrated PCS, for commercial and industrial storage, peak shaving, demand management, backup and microgrid applications. A single cabinet delivers 125 kW / 261 kWh using LFP cells (314 Ah, 832 V, 728–936 V range) at a 0.5P charge/discharge rate, with 400 / 380 Vac three-phase output and a maximum round-trip efficiency over 90%. It scales to up to 20 units in parallel on-grid (up to 9 off-grid) for multi-MWh systems, supports black start and 100% three-phase unbalanced output in backup mode, and pairs with a static transfer switch (STS) for seamless switching within 20 ms. SiC-based power devices (1600 V) reduce losses, and an intelligent liquid-cooling system holds cell-to-cell temperature within 3°C with no derating up to 50°C. The IP55, C4-M anti-corrosion cabinet includes integrated fire suppression (temperature, smoke and gas detection with aerosol), NFPA 69-validated redundant ventilation and multi-level UL 9540A safety testing, with EMS communication over IEC 104, Modbus and MQTT for a -25 to +55°C operating range.
