Manufacturer information
Solis is a major brand for solar inverters, which are crucial components of solar power systems. They produce a wide range of inverters for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications, including single-phase, three-phase, and hybrid inverters. They also offer accessories like data logging sticks and monitoring solutions.
Product description
Solis FlexCore-ID-BAT20kWh is a 20.09 kWh LiFePO4 battery module and the building block of the FlexCore-ID indoor stackable energy storage system for commercial and industrial sites — plant rooms, workshops, cold stores, retail units, hotels and office basements. Modules are stacked in series on a shared floor stand and combined with a FlexCore-ID-CB250A control box to form one cluster: 3 to 13 modules gives 60 to 261 kWh, and up to 6 clusters in parallel scale the system to 1566 kWh. Each module uses A+ grade 314 Ah LiFePO4 cells in a 1P20S configuration at 64 V rated voltage, supports 100% depth of discharge and is rated for ≥8000 cycles, with recommended charge and discharge at 157 A and 0.5P. Safety includes pack-level aerosol fire suppression as standard plus four-layer hardware redundancy protection, with certification to IEC/EN 62619, IEC 63056, IEC/EN 62477, EN 61000 and UN38.3. The module measures 532 × 308 × 955 mm and weighs 154 kg; a populated stand comes to 60.27 kWh / 470 kg (3 modules), 80.36 kWh / 625 kg (4 modules) or 100.45 kWh / 780 kg (5 modules). Cooling is smart fan-based with <75 dB operation, ingress protection is IP20 (indoor installation only), and the cluster operates from -20 to +55 °C when discharging and 0 to +55 °C when charging, at 5–85% humidity and up to 4000 m altitude. Modules connect to Solis three-phase hybrid inverters via CAN/RS485, and the inverters' dual independent battery ports allow FlexCore-ID clusters to be mixed with other battery brands, capacities, or existing older stock.
