Product description

The Pylontech Force-H2 is a high-voltage stackable battery for residential and small commercial storage, built from FH9637M modules of 3.55 kWh at 96 VDC that stack from 2 to 5 modules to give 7.1, 10.65, 14.21 or 17.76 kWh of nominal capacity — 6.75, 10.12, 13.5 or 16.78 kWh usable at a 95% depth of discharge — with a corresponding system voltage of 192, 288, 384 or 480 VDC. Up to 6 groups can be paralleled, extending a single installation to roughly 106 kWh. Continuous charge and discharge current is 18.5 A, with a peak of 42 A for 15 s for motor starting and short surge loads. The stack is Plug & Play: modules mechanically self-align and connect as they are added, so capacity can be extended after commissioning without reworking the installation. Communication with the inverter is over Modbus RTU or CAN, supporting remote monitoring and maintenance. Rated IP55, the Force-H2 can be floor-mounted or wall-braced indoors or outdoors, operating in 5–95% non-condensing humidity at altitudes below 2000 m, with a charging temperature range of 0 to +55 °C and storage from −20 to +45 °C. Design life is 15+ years with more than 8000 cycles at 25 °C. Footprint is 450 × 296 mm regardless of stack height, which ranges from 822 mm (2 modules, 82 kg) to 1710 mm (5 modules, 188,5 kg). Certified to CE, CEC, IEC62040-1, IEC62619, IEC63056 and VDE-AR-E 2510-50.
