Product description

The GoodWe GT 150 kW (GW150K-GT-G10) is a three-phase string inverter for large C&I plants with 10 MPPTs, two strings each — 20 strings total. Each MPPT takes 42 A (21 A per string) across a 180–1000 V window (max. 1100 V), with peak efficiency of 99.0% (98.5% European) and up to 165 kVA output (110% overloading). Protection comes integrated: AI-driven AFCI 3.0, PID recovery, a DC smart circuit breaker with DC and AC disconnection, string current monitoring, insulation and residual current detection, anti-islanding and Type II surge protection on both DC and AC (DC Type I+II optional). IP66, C5 anti-corrosion, self-cleaning smart fan cooling, −30 to +60 °C, ≤99 kg. Delivery includes the WiFi/LAN Kit-20 (Cyber Security) module — RS485, Bluetooth and Modbus RTU (SunSpec compliant)/TCP on board, LED indication with SEMS app monitoring (no on-device display), smart meter sold separately, 5-year warranty.
