Product description

The Solis S5-GR3P(3-20)K is a three-phase grid-tied string inverter for residential and commercial rooftop and ground-mount PV, available from 3 to 20 kW. It runs 2 MPPTs with 2–4 strings, accepts 16 A or 32 A input current (model-dependent) and a 1100 V max input, and supports a >150% DC/AC ratio for generous PV oversizing. Peak efficiency is up to 98.7% (98.3–98.6% on lower models, 97.7–98.1% EU). Protection is comprehensive and integrated: DC switch, surge protection, DC reverse-polarity, short-circuit, output overcurrent, anti-islanding, temperature protection and multi-peak scan. The transformerless design carries an IP66 enclosure for outdoor install, with natural cooling on smaller models and intelligent fan-cooling on larger ones.
