Anodised rails, 2.1 m to 4.2 m
Extruded EN AW-6005-T6 aluminium rails provide a high strength-to-weight ratio while resisting coastal corrosion. Profiles feature dual 40 mm channels for clamp flexibility and built-in drip edges for self-cleaning. Factory-punched elliptical holes permit thermal movement without creaking, and splice connectors align automatically with two clicks, no excess grinding or filing in the field. Rails are available in silver or black anodised finishes, cut lengths from 2.1 to 4.2 metres, and stack flat for compact shipping. Every batch is TÜV-certified for Baltic wind zones, ensuring structural integrity on exposed roofs from Klaipeda to Tallinn.
