BayWa r.e. Solar Systems SIA invites installer and EPC partners to a JA Solar Technical Training taking place
on Thursday, 1 October 2026, at AC Hotel by Marriott Riga, Dzirnavu iela 33.

The programme runs from 10:00 to 14:30, with doors open from 9:30.
The training is divided into two technical sessions reflectingJA Solar's "One Brand. Full Solution."
approach and bringing PV modules and energy storage solutions together within one product ecosystem.
 

JA Solar PV technology and DeepBlue 5.0

During the PV session, JA Solar technical experts will review the latest developments in the solar market and explain the key features and benefits of TOPCon and Back Contact cell technologies.
 

DeepBlue 5.0 technology

Particular attention will be given to the JA Solar DeepBlue 5.0 series and the technologies
developed to improve module performance and efficiency.
 

Key technologies

• larger cell format
• Back Poly-Finger (BPF) technology
• Multi-cut Cell design
• 20BB interconnection, increased from 16BB
• Gapless Flexible Interconnection (GFI)

The session will examine how these technologies influence electrical performance,
efficiency and the practical application of PV modules across different project types.
 

JA Solar energy storage solutions

The second part of the training will focus on battery energy storage systems (BESS)
and JA Solar solutions for commercial, industrial and utility-scale projects.
 

JA Planet | C&I energy storage

JA Planet is designed for commercial and industrial energy storage applications.

The session will cover:

• key technologies
• system configuration
• application scenarios
• market opportunities
• practical project examples
 

JA Galaxy | utility-scale energy storage

JA Galaxy is JA Solar's platform for larger utility-scale energy storage projects.

JA Solar experts will introduce the system architecture, configuration possibilities and practical applications for utility-scale projects.
