Solis technical training comes to all three Baltic capitals in September.
The Solis technical team is coming to Tallinn, Rīga and Vilnius in September to deliver in-person training for solar installers and EPC companies. One session will be held in each Baltic country, following the same format and programme.
All three sessions will be led by Martynas Turcinskas from Solis and conducted in English.
Product training and real-world troubleshooting
Product and system integration
The first part provides a 2.5-hour in-depth overview of the Solis portfolio and system integration:
- EverCore and FlexCore solutions for the C&I segment
- FlexAio
- IntelliHome
- IntelliHouse
- FlexHome
Field support and issue resolution
The second part focuses on field support. The Solis engineer will review recurring installation issues, historical faults and error codes, followed by an open Q&A for installers and EPC companies.
This practical session is designed to deliver particular value to installation partners. Solis experience shows that many storage-related support cases are caused not by product failures, but by a recurring set of installation issues. These cases will be reviewed directly with an engineer who works with their diagnosis and resolution in the field.
