The AIKO G640-MCH72DW (640 W) is an n-type ABC bifacial solar module with dual-glass construction, ensuring maximum durability and reliability. It achieves 23.7% efficiency, rated at 640 W, with an excellent temperature coefficient (−0.26%/°C). Built with 144 cells (6×24), it integrates MC4-compatible connectors and an IP68 junction box with 3 bypass diodes. Mechanical strength: 5400 Pa front / 2400 Pa rear, hail-tested (25 mm at 23 m/s). Dimensions: 2382×1134×30 mm, weight 33.5 kg. Warranty: 12 years product, 30 years performance (≥90.6% after 30 years). Ideally suited for commercial and utility-scale PV systems demanding top efficiency.
