The JA Solar JAM66D45-620/LB (620 W) is an n-type bifacial solar module with dual-glass construction, built for maximum durability and energy yield. Module power 620 W, efficiency 23.8%, temperature coefficient −0.30%/°C. The module integrates 132 cells (182 mm, 6×22 layout), features an IP68 junction box and MC4-EVO2 connectors. Mechanical load capacity: 5400 Pa snow / 2400 Pa wind. Dimensions: 2384×1134×30 mm, weight 32.6 kg. Warranty: 25 years product, 30 years performance (≥87.4% after 30 years).
