Product description

The Huawei LUNA2000-S1 is a smart string LFP (LiFePO4) energy storage system for residential PV, built on Module+ architecture with a built-in energy optimizer in every module. One LUNA2000-10KW-C1 power module takes a flexible mix of 5 kWh (LUNA2000-5-E1) and 6.9 kWh (LUNA2000-7-E1) battery modules, giving nine usable capacities from 5 to 20.7 kWh in a single stack, and up to four systems run in parallel on one inverter for larger installations (4-in-parallel requires an MB0-series inverter). Because of per-module optimisation and 100% depth of discharge, the full rated capacity stays usable across an ultra-long service life. Maximum charge and discharge power scales with the stack — 3.5 kW, 7 kW or 10.5 kW per group — and the system pairs with single- and three-phase Huawei SUN2000 and SUN5000 inverters (350–560 V single-phase, 600–980 V three-phase). Cable-free connection between modules and a horizontal adjustment design speed up installation, and app-based discovery makes commissioning quick. 5-layer safety protection (cell, electrical, structural, active and emergency) and an IP66 rating cover indoor and outdoor use; cooling is by natural convection at <29 dB, across −20 °C to +55 °C and altitudes up to 4000 m. The 10 kg power module and 68 kg battery modules install on a standard floor stand or optional wall mount, with communication over RS485/FE/CAN and SOC/LED status indication. Certified to CE, RCM, CEC, VDE-AR-E 2510-50, IEC62619, UN38.3, ISO13849, REACH and RoHS.
