Product description

The Solis FlexHome is a stackable low-voltage LiFePO4 battery available from 5 kWh to 40 kWh in 5 kWh increments, built for residential PV self-consumption and backup storage with Solis S5 and S6 hybrid inverters. Operating voltage is 44.8–57.6 V using 100 Ah cells, with max 100% DoD and a cycle life of ≥6000 cycles. Up to 4 units can be paralleled for a maximum of 160 kWh, and the stack can be floor-standing or wall-mounted. Recommended charge/discharge current scales from 50 A at 5 kWh to 210 A from 25 kWh upward, with max discharge current of 100 A, 200 A and 210 A depending on configuration. Protection is integrated throughout: over/under voltage, over current, over/under temperature, DC breaker, DC overcurrent fuses, aerogel thermal insulation plate, fire protection function and explosion release valves. The battery is rated IP66 with C5M anti-corrosion class for outdoor installation, operates from -20 °C to +55 °C via a Smart heating function, uses natural convection cooling, and communicates over CAN/RS485. All variants share a 800 mm width and 285 mm depth, with height from 494 mm (5 kWh, 76 kg) to 1817 mm (40 kWh, 426 kg). Certified to IEC 62619, IEC 63056, ISO13849, VDE 2510-50, UN 38.3, EN/IEC61000-6-1/2/3/4, IEC 60730-1, IEC 60529(IP), INMETRO 140, RoHS and REACH.
