The goods can be returned or exchanged if the customer has a proof of purchase and the appearance of the goods is not damaged, as well as the original packaging is preserved.

The product for which the warranty period has been determined may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Contact write to info@proelektro.lv Provide information about the purchase and do not forget to attach a document confirming the purchase.
The manager will send you an application form, which you must complete and return.
Your application will be processed within two business days.
